They did an amazing job. The picture is crystal clear. The glass is heavy and sturdy, and also very clear. The quality of the actual glass and picture is very good. We placed this by my late dog's ashes, it really gave a good center to his little spot on the mantel.

We recently lost our cat of 17 years. I ordered this with her name and a picture of her to put in front of her urn. It is perfect. Her image is perfectly captured, as she was a white and gray cat. I will definitely be getting more of these with my other furbabies on them.

I want to comment on the etching quality. I purchased the large 3D crystal candle holder for my daughter after she recently lost her beloved dog. When she called me in tears of joy after receiving it, I knew this gift had become a beautiful and lasting memorial to honor that special bond.
